These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aaradhya Eye Care Patient Portal and related website services operated by Aaradhya Eye Care ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, booking an appointment, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including your PIN) and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.

The Service facilitates appointment scheduling and patient account management. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care.

Online booking does not guarantee immediate treatment. Final clinical decisions are made by qualified ophthalmologists during your visit.

For eye emergencies or urgent symptoms, contact emergency services or visit the nearest emergency care facility immediately.

When you book through the patient portal:

Consultation fees are displayed in INR (₹) before you confirm your booking. Fees may vary by doctor and service type.

Payment is processed through Razorpay at the time of booking confirmation. Your appointment is finalized only after successful payment verification on our servers.

You authorize us and our payment partner to charge the displayed consultation amount for the selected appointment.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be included or displayed at checkout as required by law.

We are not responsible for bank, wallet, or payment-gateway downtime beyond our reasonable control.

You may cancel or reschedule appointments through the patient portal or by contacting clinic support, subject to clinic policy and notice periods.

Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing, appointment status, and clinic operational rules. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically feasible and may take 5–10 business days (or longer per bank/payment provider timelines).

No refund is provided for completed consultations, missed appointments (no-shows), or cancellations made after the allowed cutoff time unless required by law or explicitly approved by the clinic.

If a payment succeeds but appointment booking fails due to a technical error, we will either complete the booking manually or initiate a refund after verification.

You agree not to:

All content, branding, software, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Aaradhya Eye Care and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal healthcare appointment purposes.

The Service integrates third-party providers including Razorpay (payments) and authentication/communication providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not liable for third-party service interruptions, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore core booking and payment functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaradhya Eye Care and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aaradhya Eye Care, its directors, employees, and partners from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including payment records, disclaimers, and liability limits) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through support channels. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
